We are listing our house!!!!

This weekend will be a BUSY one with lots more deep cleaning, and MORE de-cluttering!!!! Well worth it though!!! We have outgrown our starter home. And we were pre-qualified (again) last night. Maybe this time around we will be able to sell this house!!! The price range we are selling in there is not a whole lot to choose from, so we are in a good position to sell. We plugged along all winter doing improvement projects to make the house more desirable for a buyer. We did list for 3 months last fall and did not sell. This time around, there is new carpeting too!!!!! That is always a good thing!!!! The realator will be coming over Monday night to take the pictures for the listing. Next week at work, I will have one of my 2 busiest/demanding weeks here in the warehouse. But I will survive!!! I won't have time to be too worried about the house on the market, at least!!!!! I wish you the best Jamie. We are meeting with a realtor tonight also to try and get my condo sold. I just finished a contract with one realtor that obviously didn't go so well. Hopefully this one will work out better.
