Here is my food for yesterday! I got on the scale and I had a 10 pound loss!! YEAH ME!! Breakfast-Coffee Lunch-Inside of 2 cabbage rolls Snack-Soy nuts Dinner-2 baked chicken thighs Snack-Pretzels Snack2-Soy nuts Water-80 ounces Exercise-1 mile walk, 10 mins up/down with Eli, 250 steps Jen

It "only" seems easy girlie!! The demons are trying to get the best of me! OH and thank you for my little video message..I showed Eli his future wife, and he smiled and says MALLIE!! Than he goes to the fridge (where your christmas pic is) and says MALLIE!! Love ya

Good job Jen I'll post mine in just a bit just wanted to give you your props! All I can remember right this second is that I skipped dinner! shouldn't have done that cuz around mid-night I was in the blueberry scones! they're gone now at last

ROCK ON Jen!!!!! It is FINALLY getting warmer here, enough to walk a little... since my treadmill has been packed for a year in storage!!! Can't we just be moved already??!! B-2 eggs, 1 slice toast L-leftover moose sausage rice cassarole S-2 handfuls of yummy flavored wal-mart crackers (Darn It!!!) D-mushroom/bacon cheese burger, minus the bun, sm amount ff S-yogurt Water-80 oz Gonna get lots of sweat equity this 3 day weekend!!! -Jamie
