Watcha Eat Yesterday?
Morning...I had a great day of eating and exercise!
Breakfast-Lg Coffee w/cream and sweet n low
Snack-Roasted soy beans (these are SO GOOD and low in fat and HIGH in protein)
Lunch-burger(no bun) 6 french fries, salad
Dinner-4 pcs thin healthy choice deli ham 1 pc of bread
Snack-More soy beans
Water-80 ounces
Exercise-1 1/2 mile walk, holding Eli's hand, and pulling Emi in a wagon (up and down hill), outside running around with kids for an hour

Well, yesterday was better than the day before.
Breakfast-4 sausage links 1 slice wheat toast
Snack-steamed milk with s/f hazelnut flavoring
Lunch-cheeseburger....not as good as Jen I ate the bun
Snack-salad
Supper-Roast beef, broccoli carrots, and cauliflower, and a small amt of mashed potatoes
Snack-6 ritz crackers and cheese
Ok that evening snack was due to my son ......brat LOL he knows I love ritz why oh why did I buy them for him.
Exercise is my weak spot....DH is checking into the membership at the hospital for me today.....needing to see what time they close....he can get in any time of day with his badge but unless I am with him I cannot. It's hard to go at the same time with Sadie. If it doesn't work I may just resort to taking her to the mall every morning to walk...better than nothing at least.
You didnt do real bad either Michelle...Gotta get that exercise in..That was my biggest issue..I do something with Eli called "up down"....I sit on the floor, and he sits on my lap..Than I lay down he sits up, than I sit up and he goes down, and I do for a count of
10, than take a break and do it again...Its great sit ups and its fun with Eli! Worth a try?

I bombed at dinner and those darn snacks
Breakfast- 1 piece of whole grain goodness bread w/ peanut butter
Lunch- the last of my spicy salsa chicken left overs
Dinner- 3/4 of a cheese coney and 1/2 of a blueberry scone
snacks- last piece of dark chocolate truffle bar
1 apple cinnamon pop tart
small bag of bbq pork rinds
I did better with water yesterday! over 60 oz! I'm still a WIP
lots of coffee stopped counting around 40 oz!!!!!!!!!!!!
exercise- playing in the yard with my "godkids" Nahdiya and Landon
cleaned off patio and patio furntiure
goals for today are more water, less coffee and 15/30 rule
hot and spicy pork rinds are my fav!!!! I used to eat them with tuna salad as dip back on atkins. Yum! hey I can have that, sounds like a lunch for the weekend! I could neva give up my coffee. Not drink it from sun up to sun down maybe but for good fa getta bout it lol. I just worry about the long term affects on the amount I drink. I should adjust my goal to atleast aim for more water than coffee on a daily basis.
What do roasted soybeans taste like?

I ate too much for dinner last night and came within in millimeters of needing a barf bag.
Strangely...when I weighed this AM I am down around 2 pounds. Go figure. I weigh daily so I'm sure this will go back up, but I'll take it for now!!!
I love nuts, and even though they have a good amount of protein, the fat is CRAZY..These are made by Seapoint Farms...They are Dry roasted Edamame lightly salted..They are FANTASTIC! They are flavorful, crunchy, and the counts are really good..They are almost like a peanut (and you love your peanut m*m's LOL)

Exercise-----my job is physical... working, I walk between 2-3 miles a day, lifting, carrying weight
