Watcha Eat Yesterday?
Morning All...I had a great day yesterday....
Breakfast-Iced Latte w/skim milk and sweet n low
Lunch-Salad (from a bag) 3 oz fajita chicken strips
Snack-1/2 cup soy nuts
Snack(2)-5 pretzel sticks
Dinner-Beef tips and white rice (hubby made home-made)
Water-80 ounces
Exercise-1 mile walk, 250 steps, 30 mins outside running around with kids, sex
Will you be my trainer please!!! I just can't do it. I mean I can b/c I have but it is so hard not to graze all day at work. At home I am fine and actually usually don't eat much at all but below proves work snacking needs help.
Breakfast- 1 piece whole grain goodness bread w/ peanut butter
Lunch- left over spicy salsa chicken w/ black beans and corn (about a cup maybe)
dinner- small pork chop and approx 3 tablespoons potato salad
snacks while at work-
2 more pieces of whole grain goodness bread w/ peanut butter!! (at different times)
small piece of dark truffle chocolate bar
1 small Dove choc
drinks through out the day
30 oz of coffee
18 oz latte
45 oz of water with s/f cherry Weyler's Light
exercise was cleaning carpets, unpacking and sex (but I made him to most of the work lol)
All I can say is toooo much!!!! I don't even want to try to type it cuz I honestly can't remember everything but I do remember thinking man I really don't need to eat this....but doing it anyway. Today is a new day right? I'm going to do better. I did drink a lot of water yesterday so at least I did something right.
So for today my plan is
breakfast-4 sausage links
slice of whole wheat toast
snack-steamed milk with s/f flavoring and whip cream
lunch-veg beef soup...maybe a few saltines
dinner-not sure what's for dinner at church
No bedtime snack cuz I am never hungry really so why eat it!!!
I hope I can stick to this....if I have an afternoon snack I WILL stick to an apple or orange.
