Watcha Eat Yesterday??
My day was better than it has been lately. I'm trying at least.
Breakfast-Steamed milk with s/f hazelnut flavoring
Lunch-Chicken
Snack-few jelly bens and 4 whoppers
Dinner-spaghetti
Snack-bowl of spinach
Exercise is something I definitely need to work on. If it'd ever warm up here that might help.
My goal for today is to get more water in.....drank soda yesterday shame on me!!
Wow you got it going on! I am no where near that disciplined.
breakfast- maple sausage biscuit and coffee
lunch- ham, greenbeans and cheesey potatoes
dinner-spicy salsa chicken w/ black beans and yellow corn (my fav)
snacks- small bag of jalapeno kettle potato chips
small bag of zoo animal crackers (not frosted)
2 bites of key lime pie
2 small Dove chocolates
water was short at about only 40 oz and lots of coffee
exercise-none relaxed most of the night
Goal- MORE water less snacky carbs and some exercise
Well I DID do good...til nighttime!! Jen knows my demons!
B-light yogurt and SB high protein cereal bar
S-mandarin orange
L-1c ham and cheesy potatoes
D-1/2c ham, 1/2 mac n cheese, 1/4c green bean casserole, 1 deviled egg.
If I would have stopped there, life would have been lovely! Chewed LOTS of gum yesterday!!! Cals were right on...until...
S-1 1/2 servings Cheddar Jack Cheez Its and 4 fun size Milky Way.

I was feeling SOOOOOOO yucky yesterday!!! Hunter gave me some sort of stomach virus, I could not keep anything in Sunday night, so:
B-nothing
L-ham, potatoes, green bean cassarole... Easter leftovers ---- went right thru me!!!
D-French Bread Pizza
Water-not good enough, with the dehydration
My tummy calmed down last night, so I felt better when I ate dinner!!!!!
