Well, I have let enough go..I was doing so well, went back into onederland, and slipped back to twoderville.....Well today is the day.No more ca-ca! For anyone that wants to join in....Im going to post a daily thread of whatcha eating, and daily goals...The next day if you want to talk about your day, we can do that too...Tips, support, that is what we are here for!!! So, I will start the thread tomorrow!! Heads up
Oh yes I'm sooo ready for this. Talked to my hubby in the car this weekend and told him he needs to find out the hours at the gym at the hospital and I"m going to have to make some time for myself each evening and go. Even if it's just a half hour it's better than nothing right? I was grocery shopping last night...bought a sandwich cuz I hadn't eaten supper yet....I ate maybe half and felt full...I shocked myself...handed the sandwich to my son and said I can't eat the rest. Next thing I know he rolled down his window and said here ya go birds...threw it out LOL. I did buy lots of fruit and salad so I can try to snack healthier if I do feel the urge to snack.

I take my vitamins RELIGEROUSLY!!!!! (my chewables, iron & vit c anyways) It is hard, because I need to get in my calcium, vit D & I am usually FAILING miserably in that department, since I cannot take the iron & calcium together, & have to space them apart to make them work effectively. UUGGGGGG I will get better.... new resolution.
