Happy HUMP Day & Update

Hello there!!! Hope this post finds you all doing well!!!!!!!!!!!!! And that your week is good & the weekend will be here before you know it!!! I got an offer on my house the end of last week, and after some counter offers back-and-forth, we had a sale pending friday nite!!!!! YAY YAY YAY!! The sign date is set for the 15th of February. The buyer has an inspection scheduled tomorrow morning & the apprasal is set for Friday or Monday of next week. So, if anything needs fixed or what-not, we can get it done & resolved and not have the sign date delayed!!! YAY YAY YAY!!!! After my house is sold, our plan is to have me working, ( I have had a GREAT time stying at home with Hunter) put this house on the market & look for a bigger house for us to move into!! And do not forgrt, Mark & I have set our wedding date for June 16th. Gonna be BUSY this summer!!! To say the least!! -Jamie

Wow busy life that's for sure. Hopefully there won't be much that needs repairing. It's no longer hump day cuz I am slow at reading sometimes lol. It's almost Friday is all I know. I'm off from my 2nd job tonight and we're taking the kids to the MN Twins caravan. I'm going to try to find time this weekend to get stuff together to try to do some photos of Sadie at home to print out for grandmas and grandpa since she's just about 3 months old already. Daddy says he needs new ones for his wallet. I just think if I can set up a background etc.... we'll get her to smile much easier at home when we're on her turf and schedule than taking her in. I was thinking of doing a Valentine's theme to them. Any ideas would be appreciated. Michelle

Valentine's Day theme ROCKS!!!!!!!!!!!! Great idea!!!!!!!!!!! The caravan sounds like lots of fun!! Did I tell you that I was born in Warren, Minnesota?? It is up by Canada & North Dakota.
