WOOOO HOOOOO!!!!

I just want to let you all know that I have sold my house!!!!!!!!!!! (I have had it rented out for the last couple of years, after I moved in with Mark) It will be "official" when we close on February 15th!!!!!! Then, Mark, Hunter & I will be listing this house, and eventually moving into a bigger house!!! -Jamie

Good for you Jamie! The market must be turning because we just sold ours too... for full price... 5 days after listing it! I was hoping on being here until June at least when the new baby is due and figured I would be because the other houses in the neighborhood still have thier for sale signs up for months and months. Now I have to look for an apartment to wait out until my new house is constructed... Oh boy! Happy packing! -Janine

YAY for you too!!! My hose was on the market since October. I am happy though.... just closing one chapter, to move on to another!! Hopefully you will be comfortable in your "in-between" place, just makes you want to have your brand new house ready NOW!!!!!!!!!!!! -Jamie

Congrats Jamie. That was pretty quick. Glad to hear it's all working out for you. I don't envy anyone moving and packing again. I hate it. Some day we'll have to do it too since there's 5 of us in the 3 bedroom house. Although my daughter will be 17 in 2 months so more than likely she won't be around for a lot longer. Who knows what we'll decide. Michelle

This is just one more step towards all 3 of us in another house...... a bigger house.... with 2 bathrooms!!!!!!!!!!!! YAY, that is the only thing I will not budge on, Mark wants a garage, and I want an additional bathroom!!!! This spring we are going to have a yard sale, so that should help with not having to pack & move too much this summer/fall when we get moved. -Jamie
