Happy HUMP Day!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Hello there!!
I still cannot believe it is Janurary & we are in 2007!! WOW, feels like I just finished high school!! (1990)
The weather has warmed up some since yesterday. It is only 7 below, warmer than 22 below-that was yesterday!!!! Hunter & I just stayed warm, and cozy!!
I am still job hunting, and the rental ad came out in the paper for my house (it is on the market for sale, and has been for 3 months, SITTING EMPTY, it is so hard financially to pay 2 house payments every month!! Let's not talk finances!! YICK!
I am hoping that the housing market picks up because it has been slow...... So, I ran the rental ad in the paper for a week to decide if I would rather give up trying to sell it and just settle for renting......... hard decision to make.......
Hunter got an exersaucer for Christmas and just LOVES it!! It is circus themed, so he'll roar a little to repeat what he hears!!!! It is so CUTE!!!!!
HAVE A GREAT DAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well it's no longer hump day but I'll reply anyway. Hopefully your house will either sell soon or at least you'll get it rented. Not only is it hard to pay payments on two but to heat an extra house in the winter is horrid. Hey -7 is much better than -22 but it's still really cold. We were kind of cold here today at around 10 above I think but this morning I'm seeing it's 26 above. We're supposed to dip below zero this weekend though. Amazingly we haven't dipped below zero yet this winter season. It's so hard to believe that it's Jan in MN and I'm saying that.
Sounds like Hunter loves his new toy. I bet hearing him roar is just awesome. Sadie got a play gym thing for Christmas and she loves to lie under it and kick away to make it play music. At first I didn't think she was kicking on purpose knowing that she was causing it but now we watch her and she kicks then puts her leg up and rests it on a part of the toy until it stops and kicks again. She's growing up sooo fast.
Well, I better be off to get ready for work.
Have a good one!!

I know what you mean. We had 2 houses at one time, had folks that wanted to buy it then backed out, tried to find decent renters, to no avail. The $$$ got to be too much, shut off gas and water, left the electricity so we could see and open the garage LOL. Eventually they foreclosed on it. Oh well. If you want to get rid of it, I would try to sell it those of those folks that buy homes. You might not get but what you owe but at least you wouldn't have to worry about it anymore.
