As of today, I believe we have all of our shopping finished for this holiday season. We are going over to Mark's aunt & uncles on Christmas Eve. And on Christmas Day we will be heading over to my sister's. I am excited, this is Hunter's first Christmas. He will be 7 months old. He likes the crinkly noise of the wraping paper, so I am wrapping some presents in tissue paper. I think he will be able to tear it off & have a GREAT time with it!! What are you all doing for wrapping this season?? MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!!!! -Jamie

Hey Jamie...It's good to see someone here again. I check often but never any activity here. As of yesterday I am done shopping. We are going to my hubby's mom's on Christmas Eve and hi dad's on Christmas day. We are planning to go to my family new year's weekend. Sadie is pretty little to know anything or like anything but we're really excited to have her here with us for Christmas. She has so much stuff already that we didn't buy her anything. I'm sure she'll be spoiled by the grandmas. My 14 yr old son wrapped almost all of our gifts this yr. It was sure nice to have his help. Went to the company Christmas party Sat night for my PT job. Today the ladies in the office and I had a small what I thought was Christmas supper. Well to turn out they wanted to do a lttle baby shower for Sadie and I too and I didn't know. They're such wonderful women to work with. They gave us a $30 gift certificate for our favorite restaurant and gave Sadie a stuffed bear. I was almost crying it was so sweet. We even played a game and had prizes. It was awesome. For the 5 of us women it was a lot of fun. Well, I better get to bed Sadie is sleeping. I have 3 days left and then on Friday I go back to my FT day job Michelle

Ya, I do not think we should have gotten Hunter anything, but we put fruit & a teething ring in his stocking & then he got clothes sent up from one auntie plus lots more to come when we go out Christmas Eve & on Christmas. I am sure he will get plenty!!!! I am sure that going back to work will be hard, but will be alright after a little time. I am still home with Hunter for the time being, but looking for a job. I know I should find a good one soon. It is hard this time of year for work, something will turn up. What a neat party they threw for you, a neat suprise!!! I have been employed with the local phone company here on an "on call" basis, basically, I cover for a lady when she goes on vacation. I WISH SHE WOULD RETIRE, SO I COULD HAVE THAT POSITION FULL TIME that is my Christmas & birthday wish combined!!!!! It is a FUN job with freedom, that is why I like it SOOOOO much!! Plus, I get to drive the company van & I think the biggest perk of the job is the "required" exercise you need to do daily. Most of the jobs I have ever had are "office" where you need to sit, sit, sit!!!! Merry Christmas!! -Jamie

A friend of mine bought Mallory a gift that is already opened, she had a good time ripping the paper as she is now at that stage where she just LOVES to grab onto just about anything she can get her hands on. We got her some presents, like about 6. They are toys and also a little 'my first Bible.' It should be cute to watch her. Valena

Awsome!!!!! I think Hunter should have fun. I think I will probably have more fun this year than him!! He sure likes the sound that the crinkly paper makes though!! Hopefully he will not get overwhelmed. -Jamie
