Sorry, I am so far behind in the game, Hunter is still on rice cereal, but I have a chart from WIC, so, lemme see.......it says 5 to 7 months......1/2 jar veggies 1 2 times daily. 1/2 jar **these are stage 2 foods***strained or 1/4 cup mashed once or twice a day. Hope this helps! -Jamie & Hunter

Philippa- I started Danny on stage 2 as soon as he tested all the cereals and stage 1 fruits and veggies. Start with the fruit and or veggie combos that you've already tried (like apple, pear and banana) and introduce new ones one at a time like you did for stage 1 (like apple/cherry) For the time being, stay away from orange (acidic) Once the fruits and veggies are done, you can move onto simple dinners with meat (apples and chicken, sweet potato and turkey, etc) I did the meats at about 7 mos old. After all the meats are tried, you can add the dairy (macaroni and cheese, yogurt) I added dairy at about 8.5 months. -Janine
