Back home from my rental
Well, DH & I have been out to my rental house the last 2 days. (it is a 45 minute drive one-way from our house here) We are trying to get it ready to put on the market. Yesterday, we pretty much surveyed how the house & property looked & then made a list of what we needed to start getting accomplished. Today, we went out & worked on the yard (no actual lawn), cut down lots of willow trees & just generally got a large trash pile going and brought over more painting supplies, so we will be ready to paint the inside by the end of the week. We took out a whole truck load of brush to the dump. We will have one more before we are thru. If the weather holds (hopefully, no rain) we will rent a field & brush mower tomorrow. This project is going to be SO hard on DH, he is working 6 days this week, and probably 7 next week at his job. Oh, the privileges of being in management!! Luckily, there is not too much to be done, It could DEFINATELY be way worse!!!!!!!!
Hunther is sitting here helping me type!!! hee hee
He goes to the doctor Thursday, for shots & a check up!!!! I am ending up going by myself since DH is working so much. I will make sure to give him a dose of tylenol before we go to the appointment!!

Ya, Hunter loves to sit up on my lap & watch my hand type, while I hold him with my other one!!
Ya, I am hoping that we get the house buttoned up in the next 2 weeks & it sells fast. With the market in this area, it has promise to........ It will be a first time homebuyer, or someone who will immediately add on to it. It has the easy floor plan & lots of property for growth. Not lots of homes in that "cheap" price range!! It has just under 1 & 1/2 acres!! I got my fingers crossed!!!!!

Jamie-
I wish you much luck getting your house ready to be put on the market!! We spent the better part of the past 2 weeks doing that and I tell you what... it is a stressful project!! Thank goodness God blessed me with such a good little girl, she kept herself entertained the majority of the time... such a big task for a 7 month old!! Good luck at the doctor!!!

Shannon-
We really lucked out!! I had very GOOD renters!! We are trying to give the house some "curb appeal" and paint the outside trim & the interior of the house. Those are the biggies!! I have a sitter all lined up!! It will be too much trying to take care of the baby and be full of paint too!! HA HA!! I can just see that!!
