It's the weekend....

Yeah it's saturday. kids are watching cartoons (yes, I let them watch tv) kayden is napping, DH is sick, and the dog is whining because there are a few cats in the back yard. On a different note: I THINK MY 11 YEAR OLD SON HAS A GIRLFRIEND!!! He met this girl in school and they are constantly hanging out together. She seems like a nice girl and I met her mother at back to school nite, but truthfully, it's freaking me out. They are always making plans to meet at the park, hanging out in the front yard, etc. I haven't seen any hand holding, kissing, etc. I don't think I want to. I haven't said anything to Gavin yet. I don't want to embarres him but don't you think spending all day with someone is school and then wanting to do something with them every day after school and on the weekends is a little much especially if it's with some one of the opposite sex? His father is so proud....but if we had a 11 year old DAUGHTER and she was hangning out with some 11 year old boy I bet he would be freaking out himself. Am I overreacting? Tammy

I do not think you are overreacting! This is all new to you, I know I would feel the same exact way!!!!! It is major chores and projects in this home all weekend!!! -Jamie & Hunter
