YOU ARE WONDERFUL MOTHER/PERSON for staying in control
Good Luck to you
Susan
I have so much on my plate it is hard to focus on just one thing! I went to see my Dad last night, he was very sleepy but he was lucid. I showed him a picture of Deanna and he lit up like a Christmas Tree! ( as usual) I also saw my mom at the nursing home. It gets harder every time I see them fading away and there is nothing I can do about it!!
Today was another morning of testing, yippee, NOT! After school I will go home, pick up the child, get an early dinner, then get her changed and ready for her spring concert this evening.
Ida, thanks so much for your continued support and prayers.
Lisa, I am thinking about you and know I am here!
Have a great day!
Love, Beth

I am here for you and I am tearing up reading this email. I wish we lived closer so I could just come over whenever! My heart breaks for you and Siehara. We are our own worst critics when it comes to ourselves whether it is parenting, weight loss, etc!
Take a deep breath, take a step back and realize you are doing the BEST you can do! Remember, kids don't come with an instructional manual?!?!?
I love you and hope things get better!

Lisa,
YOU ARE NOT A BAD MOTHER!!! You are a loving, caring Mom who is doing everying she can to deal with a very sad situation. I can't even say I understand the stuff you are going through, but I can offer my hand in support of YOU!!! YOU ARE A VERY GOOD MOTHER!!! Doing all you can to help your daughter through her crisis, but you are very human and reaching out for help from the right places will help you get to where you need to be.
Sending you lots of loving thoughts, Laureen
My Mantra is that I do not determine my success by the number hanging in my closet, nor will I let the scale determine that success either. . . It is through trial and error I will continue to grow and succeed. . . Laureen

I wish I could reach out through the computer and give you a big hug. While my teens did not have serious mental health issues, when my youngest was 19, he had a bad heroin addiction. He was in and out of treatment several times, and even got arrested and spent a night in Bucks County Prison.
I just want to suggest that you seek some individual therapy for yourself. Coping with a child with mental health issues is extremely challenging, as you already know. I was already in therapy when my son went through his addiction crap. It helped to have my own outlet.
Hang in there.
Hugs,
Trish

Anyway - today is a nice Tuesday here in paradise. I have a grade group meeting this morning - shoot me now please! Then teaching today. After school I plan on running and then meeting up with a friend for dinner. Hebrew School for me is over for the year, YAY! I survived yet another year! Tonight shoud be quiet. That is all for me today!
Happy Tuesday all!
I know how hard you worked, and the awesome feeling of relief you feel now that you are done your degree. I am so happy for you.
Today, I will be seeing my Ear, Nose, Throat doctor for the long awaited CT scan results. I have the disc with the films, which he will look over. He suspects that I damaged my sinuses when I fell and broke my nose in December. Since I was away for two weeks in April, and it takes a month to get an appointment with this doctor, I have been on an antibiotic for over a month.I still have the worst sinus infection I have ever had.
I might get to a recovery support group at my church later on, depending on how I feel. We'll see what the day holds for me.
Have a blessed day.
Hugs,
Trish

Today, I'm trying to decompress from a crappy morning getting Siehara off to school.
Working Aetna til 3:30 then off to the appointment with the therapist. Hopefully we will be able to get in with the psych tonight, too.
Nothing else planned.. can't plan anything ahead of time without knowing how she is going to be when she gets home from school.
