Happy Friday!

So far I have had only cereal and milk... not feeling hungry today so I guess I will just ride the 'not hungry wave' for now.

Have a great weekend!

I do really believe that.  And wish either he or Dr Aceves were local. And I have his book and I've read 2/3s of it.   If I was going to Mexico I was deciding between him and Dr Aceves.
However I have more issues than just worrying about the gas.  I have major edma and tendenitias in one of my ankles with bad issues of vericos vains.  (Sorry can't spell)  I'm really worried about a blood clot with flying pre or post surgery.  The last time I flew my one ankle tripled in size.  (This is not an exaggeration.)  Also I have multiple bruises all over the place from not fitting in the seat and not even fitting in the bathroom.  I told myself I would not fly again until I loose weight.   I have a 53 inch waist (size 30 pants) I can't even fit in the 1st classes seats because of the arms.  It stinks being large.  Which we all know and why we are all getting surgery.

I've switched up my plan to 4 meals a day rather than 6 because it gives me less times during the day to screw things up.  LOL.  So far, I've lost 4 pounds this week.  who knew?

1 - 2 eggs, ham, cheese, 1/2 bagel with creamcheese
2 - lean cuisine, strawberries, sf pudding
3 - chicken, noodles and a slad
4 - sf ice cream

Blessings, Jill

I went to Mexico May 4th and thought the same way how am I going to make it on a plane?! Dr.Alvarez does something that I have never heard of he goes the extra mile. And I have had 2 other laparoscopic surgeries here in the states that they leave the gas in you after the surgery. That is one of the big reasons you have so much pain.1-Because you just had laparoscopic surgery and 2- they leave the gas in you and that pressure hurts really bad! I did not have that with this surgery at all!! Dr. Alvarez takes that extra step to make you comfortable by using a special machine to take out the gas that he puts in to do the surgery. He really has all the details covered for your comfort. He looks out for us =) his patients,we are the proof of all his good work. Please check him out. You will not be disappointed. Flying back was no problem at all!! Michelle P.S HE IS THE MOST EXPERIENCED!READ HIS BOOK!!!

Steffi, sounds like some "me time" is a great idea!

I am off work today, Sunday, and Monday. This never happens! And just a short Sat. afternoon shift at Apple....so lots of time off and I want to do some serious writing.

Mike, in the meantime, is flying down late tonight for a whirlwind trip to explor a possible FL based job. If you are in the least bit a praying person....pray for something good to come out of this! He needs a change desperately and we *do* want to live in the same house again! Things seem to be going forward with our prospective home buyer in PA so that is good news.

Take care everyone! TGIF!

Good morning PA!  Hope everyone is well on this beautiful Friday morning.  I can NOT wait to get the hell out of Paradise today.  No reason in particular - I just need this year to be over!

Right now the only thing I have planned is a tutoring session that i normally have on Friday afternoons.  I am going to try to see if I can get in to get my hair cut and colored.  It has been over 3 months - I had an appoinntment last month and had to cancel for various reasons - and have not been able to get back in.  So - maybe a hair cut. Otherwise - I have nothing planned.  The big two are going to be away for the weekend.  Emily is sleeping out tonight I think, and Larry is working.  So - until he gets home from work - it is just me.  Wonder what damage I could do all by myself! :)

This weekend is busy with things with Emily and one event when Molly gets home on Sunday.

Hope you all have a great Friday and a wonderful weekend!
