I'm eating too much today.  I'm embarrassed to write it down.  That's not a good thing, by the way.  I have money, and money = food.  I have issues.

I know I'm having:

Lunch -- not a clue what that will be, but most likely a 6" subway sub on flatbread.
Snack - peach
Dinner - going out for Sushi
Snack -  SF ice cream

Now that I write it down, it doesn't look so bad.  I hate the tricks my mind plays.

this probably seems like a stupid question, but it threw me this week.

I work from 9-5.  I get home around 6 pm, and I want to take a Zumba class from 7-8.

Normally, I eat dinner around 6:30-7.  So, Monday, I wanted to eat something before class, but not too much because I didn't want to eat and then bounce around.  I did have a sandwich.  I did the class and then felt FAMISHED!!!  I don't think I've ever been so hungry since surgery.  I ate another meal -- and felt enormously guilty.

Suggestions for next week?

I guess no one but me eats? Or plans what they eat? Am I alone on this board? It sure is beginning to feel like I am. . .

B: Rest of egg whites omlet from yesterday with other half of w/w, everything bagel

S: Berries, celery and laughing cow

L: More Chicken over bed of romaine, with red onion, fennel, tomato and ken's free raspberry pecan salad dressing. . .

S: Mix of berries and banana, some beef jerky

D: Same thing I had for lunch. .

S: Blue Bunny raspberry delight or whatever it's called, yummy and only 70 calories

*handful of corn chips. . .

That is my plan for this day, along with vites, calcium and water

My Mantra is that I do not determine my success by the number hanging in my closet, nor will I let the scale determine that success either. . .  It is through trial and error I will continue to grow and succeed. . .  Laureen

Congratulations

"I still have trouble relating to people and being a good friend."

That's easy. First be a good friend to yourself and 100% honest with yourself. Then do the same with your kids and partner.
Being a good friend means loyalty and honesty. Most acquaintances are just that and not true friends. True friends are a usually small elite group in our lives and a group that needs to be cherished and nurtured.

On a side note that relating to people is over rated cause more often then not people suck. LOL

The best I can say is that you'll figure out a way to get through it. I was self employed and due to the economy and health issues I sold my last tractor at the end of 07. Self employed so no UEC but frugal living helped. 5 years later and still no job but I always knew the difference between wants and bare necessity needs.
You'll survive and come out the other end a very different person/couple.

Thinking of you both.. hope he can either stay where he's at, or find something new.  I know how stressful it must be not knowing what is going to happen next.

Thanks Lauren... June 18 is right around the corner.. if you can get in THAT FAST, you freakin' ROCK!  I don't know what your insurance requirements are or what you have already done, but best of luck with everything! You already know what you need to do to make this work considering all of the people you have been hanging around with for the past few years.  You can rock this tool with the best of 'em!  Then, you'll be running 10K's and marathons in no time at all!!

Too bad your trip to my neck to my neck of the woods got called on account of tornado warnings... next time maybe you'll let me know.... then I won't have to get all close with Mother Nature.. .

Thanks for the compliments on Siehara.. she is doing well and I agree.. prettier every pic!
