KHPE and Revision

Hello everyone, I am just starting the process of looking into revising from my Realize Band to possibly the VSG.  I'm just wondering if anyone that has Keystone Health Plan East HMO has been able to get their revision covered, or if there were any problems with Keystone covering it. 

I hope that everyone is doing well, it's been a long time since I've posted on the boards.
