Thursday - Whatcha Eating Today?
For those of you, who are Monday to Friday workers, woo hoo, we're almost done with this work week!!! For everyone else, Happy Thursday. . . my plan today is this. . .
B: 2 protein rich ricotta apple pancakes with turkey bacon and fresh berries
S: Berries and cheese
L: Veggie burger and tomato salad
S: No sugar added vanilla ice cream with pecans and a little chocolate syrup
D: Homemade chicken stir fry
S: Watermelon and some pretzel chips
Vitamins, calcium supplements and water
