Good Morning, today at 4.9 years post-op, I am planning to eat the following. . .

S: Watermelon and Laughing Cow
L: Thomas' W/W light English with mozzarella cheese melted on it
S: Blue Bunny Sweet Dreams raspberry swirl bar
D: Turkey Burger and veggies
S: Cantalope
Vitamins, Calcium and lots of water. . .

got a to go hummus cup with pretzles. had most of the pretzles and about half of the hummus.
will have a slim jim and cheese pack. for a snack.
not sure about dinner. hubs grilled chicken this morning so i may have some of that for dinner with some veggies....
