Monday: Whatcha Eating today?
Happy Monday. . . Food plan for today, based on what I packed and brought to work is:
B: bison hash with one egg
S: laughing cow cheese and some watermelon
L: 3 oz of chicken prepared as a stir fry with broccoli, peppers, onions and mushrooms
S: Roasted Peppers and some cheese and some jalpeno best tortilla chips
D: Sushi
S: Cherries
Vitamins, calcium and lots of water. . .
