Tuesday - Watcha Eating Today?
Doesn't anybody plan a little of what they are eating, logging food choices? Well here I go, at 4 years 9 months, my plan for today is as follows:
B: Thomas' w/w english with 2 ounces of mozzarella
S: Cottage cheese with berries/cherries
L: Veggie burger and my veggie medley, along with a half of tomato and red onion from my garden
S: Truffle bar
D: We went to Olive Garden where I got Grilled Peach Chicken made with peaches, salad and what amounted to about a third of a cup of pasta.
S: A few cherries and small piece of provolone
Vitamins, Calcium supplements and lots of water. With the heat today, please be sure to get your requisite water in!
