So vacation is over, all in all, I ate the way I need to in order to continue successing.  So I'm back to posting daily what's going on my plate to the best of my ability, coming back to correct what was not in my plan or, as in some cases, a dinner/lunch out with a friend. . .

B:  Eggbeater, onions, peppers and an ouce of pepper jack cheese omlet

S:  Peach, blueberries, cherries

L:  Romaine lettuce, tomato, red onion, some blue cheese crumbles, bacon bits, pecans with Ken's free raspberry dressing

S:  l/f popcorn, slim bear bar

D:  Pineapple fried rice (brown rice), with egg, chicken and shrimp in it, approximately 3/4 cup

S:  Fruit salad and piece of cheese

Multi vitamins, calcium supplements, b-1 and lots of water too!

How about you?  What's your plan for successing!

My Mantra is that I do not determine my success by the number hanging in my closet, nor will I let the scale determine that success either. . .  It is through trial and error I will continue to grow and succeed. . .  Laureen

L - roast chicken (leftovers), celery with hummus

S - probably some more celery with hummus

D - not sure yet....the chicken is getting a little boring!

Vitamins of course, and lots of fluids!

3 - 6" subway turkey sub on flatbread and those stupid sun chips
4 - skip
5 - tuna salad on white toast

I won't post my entire day but I am super excited that I got in 87 g protein and only 71 carbs - I know that may seems like a lot to some but it is good for me! And they all came from dairy.

Have a great day!

Hmmm, 71 carbs?  a lot, I don't think so. . .  my surgeon when I was at your point was not as concerned about the carbs (calories) as getting in proper amounts of protein and fluids; in the first year it is hard to meet those goals for many of us, but each surgeon is different, as are the various procedures.  But I'd say based on your ticker, you're doing a great job!!!
