Tuesday - Watcha Eating Today?

4.8 years post-op and my plan today is not overly different from yesterday. . .

B:  1.5 (3 inch) Ricotta Apple pancakes, 1.5 slices of turkey bacon

S:  Strawberries, blueberries and 2 wedges of cheese

L:  Salad made with romaine, tomato, red onion, some bbq pulled chicken and a light dressing (2 tbspns)

S:  100 calorie bag of popcorn and a piece of cheese

D:  Salad and chicken

S:  no sugar Klondike bar or the Raspberry/vanilla swirl Sweet Dreams Blue Bunny treat

Vitamins, calcium supplement and lots of water. . .  hope you have a good day!

 back on track... was doing good until yesterday.. don't know what hit me, but I ate EVERYTHING in sight.. and it was NOT good stuff at all.

B: protein coffee, crabby egg bites (Eggface recipe) and 2 cheese slices
S: canteloupe
L: tuna and roasted veggies
S: Greek yogurt w/ nectarine
D: making something with ground turkey I have in the fridge.. not sure what yet
S: SF Rita's

vitamins, water.... LESS caffeine.
