Tuesday - Watcha Eating Today?
At over 4 years post-op, Tuesday's plan goes like this. . .
Peach on my way to the gym (because it is a good carb for energy)
B: cup of 1% no salt added cottage cheese, with garlic pepper grinder and 1 serving of Everything Pretzel Crisps
S: 1/2 banana, dannon light n fit yogurt
L: 3/4 cup of my 5 alarm turkey chili made with black beans, ground turkey, diced tomatos, onions and seasonings
S: orange and a piece of l/f cheddar
D: Leftover steak and sweet potato from last night
S: Skinny Cow Chocolate Truffle bar
That is my food plan for today and I started my day with 45 minutes of cardio workout between elliptical and treadmill.
For all who participate I thank you, for those who lurk, I hope one day you can come out of lurkdom and post, this is a judgment free zone, just to keep me honest and let others see what people can eat as time goes by.
Have a good day!

I can't get cortisone shots, because of history with ulcers, so when I have a flare up, it is not fun. . . hope you feel better soon. . .
