Monday: Whatcha Eating today?
So here it is, the start of another work week for those of us that work the Monday to Friday gig. . .
I had a most excellent weekend, foodwise and activity wise, so let's keep the momentum. . . here's my plan for success. . .
B: Lite W/W bread with alpine lace and pepper jack cheese melted in between slices
S: Yogurt sprinkled with a little kashi crunch cereal
L: Leftover Tuna melt from Friday night's dinner (this has given me 4 meals)
S: Service of The Better Chip with some hummus
D: Spiral Ham, corn and salad
S: Klondike bar

had a protein coffee shake this morning: mint coffee cappaccino protein little chocolate protein almond milk and a splash of half and half blended over ice...yummo....
lunch will be a pouch of tuna 2.6 oz with a wasa bread thin. probably mix a tsp or two of caesar dressing in it. don't like mayo.
probably another shake minus the coffee. probably cup almond milk cup skim milk with it.
dinner will be shrimp and salad.
