S: Yogurt, sprinkled with kashi protein crunch cereal
L: Romaine lettuce, tomato and chicken, fat free dressing
S: Fruit of some kind
D: Unsure of what I'm having right now
S: Skinny Latte

Yesterday was a successful day with walking, water, vitamins, food and an AA meeting.
1 - 1 egg, 2 small sausage links, 1/2 mini bagel
2 - banana
3 - chicken on burger roll, carrot sticks
4 - apple and cheese
5 - 2 soft tacos (home made)
6 - sf pudding.
