Monday - Watcha Eating Today?
At over 4.5 years post-op, this is my food plan for today
B: Cottage Cheese and a 100 cal english muffin
S: Yogurt
L: Steak salad, made with romaine, tomato, red onion, reduced fat blue cheese crumbles and 3 oz. of leftover steak from yesterday's lunch, ken's free raspberry pecan dressing
S: Cheese and roasted red peppers
D: Spinach and chicken cutlet, pan fried in non-stick skillet with seasonings
S: Popcorn and some almonds
