B: Pumpernickel bagel (1/2 gutted) with white fish
S: other half w/lox, tomato and red onion (today is something we do yearly for the March Madness celebration, but due to Passover, they postponed it a week)
L: Homemade stir fry made with chicken peppers, brocolli
S: Celery w/Peanut butter
D: On the run, not sure. . .
S: Probably a banana or some other piece of fruit
Be kind to yourself and have a good day!

1 - 1 egg, 1.5 oz sausage, 1 oz bagel
2 - banana
3 - salad with salmon OR 1/2 burger (I'm meeting my mom for lunch)
4 - apple with cheese
5 - 1/2 c. pasta with 3 oz sausage, 1/2 c. mixed veggies
6 - SF pudding
Had some soup at lunchtime and split fish and chips with mom. I had a piece of fish and about 3 fries. LOL I love my pouch.
