Wednesday - Whatcha Eating Today?

Good Morning Friends, at 4.5 years here's the plan. . .

B:  1/2 gutted everything bagel with 3/4 cup of 1% cottage cheese

S:  Some Dates

L:  Chicken Fuji Apple Salad from Panera's and a small piece of hearty grain bread

S:  More Chicken Fuji Apple Salad

D:  Brocolli rabe, piece of cheese and small piece of bread

S:  Strawberries, banana and handful of carmel corn (which I should not have had, it made me feel ill)


Be kind to yourself no matter your choices, this is a lifelong journey and we must remember that if we get too far from what we know works there is a price for that, but we also have a tool, that if used properly will aid us in successing.


My Mantra is that I do not determine my success by the number hanging in my closet, nor will I let the scale determine that success either. . .  It is through trial and error I will continue to grow and succeed. . .  Laureen

3 - Lean Cuisine and salad
4 - apple with cheese
5 - fish fillet, 1/2 c. pasta, 1/2 c. broccoli
6 - SF ice cream

still not so hungry today. protein might change depending on if i want to eat or drink dinner. probably drink it since i am going to support tonight.
