Lois,

Congrats on 5 years!   You're not kidding when you say how time has flown. . .

As for the struggling aspect, if it were easy, guess we'd have chosen a different way to do it, but the truth is, I am learning that the tool works well if I just pay close attention to what I need to do, but I'm with you on the struggles, still live is so much better than where I was 5 years ago. . .

Hugs and hope to see you one of these days, Laureen

My Mantra is that I do not determine my success by the number hanging in my closet, nor will I let the scale determine that success either. . .  It is through trial and error I will continue to grow and succeed. . .  Laureen

Amen sister, congrats on 5 years of successing.  You may not see it that way, but acknowledging the problem is 90% of the battle.  We will all struggle to do the right thing for the rest of our lives.  No one ever said life was easy, but we can take it one day at a time.

Love you,

Nan
