What are you Eating Today?
Here's my food plan for today, though dinner is not for sure. . .
B: Egg whites with mushroom and asparagus on a bagel thin
S: Almonds
L: Shredded BBQ pulled chicken and celery sticks
S: cheese, strawberry and banana
D: Thinking Chinese food this evening
S: Klondike no sugar added bar (or popcorn)

1 - 2 eggs with hot peppers (ouch!) and onions, 1 oz bagel
2 - 1/2 c. strawberries
3 - Lean Cuisine with salad and 1/2 c. broccoli
4 - apple with 1 oz cheese
5 - 1 c. beef and broccoli with 1/4 c. white rice (Chinese for me too, Laureen)
6 - 1/2 c. SF ice cream
