B:  Spianach and egg wrap

S:  Skinny s/f  Hazelnut latte

L:  roast beef and cheese sandwich made on thin w/w bread

S:  Latte

D:  Let's see what the gals in Hot Springs got going on  (sshhhhh they don't know I'm here ;))

S:  ?

With my Over 50 WLS friends, so whatever we'll be eating will be close to what a post-WLS person should eat, most of us are over 4 years out.. ..

     I just posted the same thing so I deleted it.  Here is my tentative plan for today.  Hope that you have a great time in Dalls.

       B - instant oatmeal, blueberries, splenda

       S - banana and string cheese

       L - carrots w/ lite ranch dressing and some tuna salad

       S - trail mix (dark choc covered edamame, soy nuts, almonds)

       D - insides of small sweet potato and minute steak

       S - apple and string cheese

1 - 2 eggs with 1/2 mini bagel
2 - banana
3 - lean cuisine with 1 c. salad
4 - apple with 1 oz cheese
5 - 3 oz fish, 1/2 c. rice, 1/2 c. broccoli
6 - SF ice cream or pudding

B- Protein shake ( check)
Coffee creamer and splenda ( check) 
Supplements
Water

S- nuts and unsweetened dried fruit ( check)

L- Was to be a chai latte then salad Ended up being left over mac and cheese and a 1 inch sub ( party sub left over from work)

D- Will be chili
