Food plan for today:
B: Apple, ricotta pancakes (1.5)
S: Strawberries and 1/2 banana in light sour cream
L: Half of a Cobb Salad (Chicken, greens, eggs, bacon w/balsamic vinegarette)
S: Yogurt or Atkins like bar
D: Leftover sushi from last night
S: L/F N/S Chocolate pudding

3 - 6" subway turkey sub on flatbread
4 - apple with 1 oz cheese
5 - 3 oz chicken on a burger roll with 1/2 c. green beans

my meal plan today is/was
scrambled eggs in micro with a little skim milk with 2 slices of whole wheat toast with 1 tsp promise margarine on each slice for breakfast
chicken noodle soup with oyster crackers for lunch
roasted cabbage with some bacon crumbled on top, fish wedges, green beans and carrots.
sugar free jello for snack.

S- snack mix nuts and dried fruits with out sugar
L- Scrambled egg with cheese and onion
D- Tuna steak with wild rice
S- Chai latte
I am supposed to have a protein snack before bed to help my blood sugar remain stable so will probably have greek yogurt
Will have to work on getting more greens in tomorrow and water is always a challenge

Glad to see the food posts are back!! Am behind the 8 ball, but here is what I ate!
1: My daily decaf chocolate protein coffee (suprised that after 2 years I'm not sick of it yet.. )
2: Protein steel cut oatmeal
3: salad with grilled chicken
4: fresh cut fruit
5: grilled chicken (just a little meat snack)
6: OMG.. really Chicken? Can't be! But this time in Piccata lemon sauce
oh.. and I tried NSA Redberry cheesecake frozen.. tasted GREAT.. impacts.. not so great!! Got foamy icky reaction.. guess I won't go back there!
