What Are You Eating Today?
I'll report in on my eating, it's a day with my honey, which means going out to breakfast and dinner, I will make healthy choices, mostly. . .
Successing today for me is about making right choices more than not.
B: Multigrain and oat pancake, one egg, one small turkey sausage patty
S: L/F cheese, gutted 1/2 bagel
L: Bowties made with olive oil, sun dried tomatoes, garlic and brocollini (about 3/4 cup) a piece of sausage, tomato and cheese flat bread (Enough food left to eat for the week (lol)) Capauchino and taste of Nonna's toasted pound cake (I do mean a taste)
D: Probably some leftover Carmel Chicken from last night's Pei Wei dinner
S: Banana and Strawberries
My Mantra is that I do not determine my success by the number hanging in my closet, nor will I let the scale determine that success either. . . It is through trial and error I will continue to grow and succeed. . . Laureen

B: 2 scrambled egg and 2 pieces of bacon

L: Boca burger w/ black bean, mushroom hash
S: 2 string cheese
D: 3oz turkey breast cutlet and 2oz braised cabbage
S: SF Ice Cream
Weekends make me very creative in the field of Culinary Arts :) I get to use my knowledge I gained from going to culinary school (I tidbit of info that most don't know about me)
Meal 1 - 1 egg w/ onions and green peppers, 3 slices of low salt bacon
Meal 2 - 1 piece of string cheese and an orange
Meal 3 - 2 packages of instant oatmeal w/blueberries and Splenda
Meal 4 - 3 peanut butter and cheese crackers
Meal 5 - Stouffers Meat Lasagna with extra ricotta and mozzarella cheese
Meal 6 - 3 peanut butter and cheese crackers and an apple
