What Are You Eating Today?
S: strawberries/bananas l/f yogurt
L: Tuna with mixed green salad Ken's Free Rasberry Pecan dressing
S: Protein Bar
D: We are going to Bonefish and I now know what I will have for dinner: Chilean Sea Bass, salad and veggies
S: ? Skinny Cow Truffle Bar/Klondike n/s added bar (one or the other)
That's my plan for successing, what's yours?

OK, not that I'm proud to own up to this, but here is what I had for breakfast and what I'm having the rest of the day....
B: Bacon, egg & cheese biscuit from McDonalds - and a SF Vanilla Iced Coffee
OK - so breakfast sucked - I'll do better the rest of the day.
S: Activia peach yogurt
L: Chicken salad on bakery round; cheese stick
S: Protein bar
D: Not sure yet - most likely some type of salad
And my usual 5 gallons of water!
B - Atkins protein shake
S - sliced orange, cheese stick
L - maybe a Subway salad with chicken breast. Not sure. It's my day off.
S - protein bar
D - I'll cook at home. Tilapia with salsa, some more of those green beans.
Evening snack - gonna try making kale chips!

Dinner is up in the air, going out on a double date tonight. Will probably have some type of broiled seafood or chicken with a small salad.
Update to yesterday, I didn't have the turkey or brownie with my soup last night.
Today, I am going to give her a better report..
B-roast beef and cheese
S-protein coffee
L-grilled tuna steak with couscous (yup, even made it myself!)
S-greek yogurt w/ granola
D-something healthy wherever we end up
S-SF Rita's probably... Siehara didn't go to the free Rita's day b/c she wasn't feeling well
getting in lots of water.. need to stay hydrated for the workout tonight.
B - 1 cup instant oatmeal w/ blueberries
S - low fat cheese stick
L - 4 boneless wings w/ bar-b-que sauce and 7 fries
S - 4 boneless wings w/ bar-b-que sauce
D - Stouffer's Veggie Lasagna
S - sugar free popsicle
Am getting in my water and trying hard not to drink too soon after I eat
