Small pre op NSV

 I've been working on losing a few pounds and just overall eating healthier the past 6 weeks or so. I have a foot and ankle problem (won't get into it now) but I have to wear braces and can't stand/walk for a long time so traditional exercises are out for me, at least right now. BUT today I was able to do  20 minutes on my stationary bike, which is the most movement I've gotten in quite a while. It actually felt really good :)

Sukie, that's wonderful and in time you'll be amazed at what you CAN do!!!  Keep at it
