What's in your toolbox?
The OA program talks about the 9 tools of recovery. I use some of them, but not all. While WLS is obviously not one of the OA tools, it is a really big one in my recovery from obesity and food addiction -- probably the most used one. But you can't build a house with just a hammer? What are the tools you use to stay on track?
Mine include:
WLS
Prayer
OA Meetings
Barix support group meetings
Posting here on OH
Journaling
Making a daily Plan of Eating
Sponsorship (I have a sponsor, and I sponsor two people in OA and one in AA)
Literature -- both OA and WLS

My Mantra is that I do not determine my success by the number hanging in my closet, nor will I let the scale determine that success either. . . It is through trial and error I will continue to grow and succeed. . . Laureen
