Combating Regain - Plan of Action - What's Yours?

Happy Monday Friends,

Well the rain certainly did green everything up and that is a good thing, also gave me a good workout via heavy housecleaning yesterday. 

So these are my plans for the week:

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday - 1 hour at the gym, elliptical, treadmill, stepper for no less than 50 minutes and upper body weight training Tuesday and Thursday.

Prepped food for my week and brought in a cooler of healthy foods to meet my body's fuel needs and doing my best to eat what is planned and if I deviate at all, trying to keep it as healthy as possible.

Attending and participating in support this week via OH and at Barix.

Those are my plans, how are you planning to maintain or continue to pursue your weightloss goals?

I'm using the same philosophy as my chemo/radiation treatments:  Conquer one day at a time, stay focused on the present and let tomorrow take care of itself. 

Some days your the dog and some days your the hydrant.

I'm sort of the 'Nan' philosophy - one day at a time. Today I started the day with a good protein shake, followed by a multi-grain waffle with pb for a snack. Tuna on ww wrap for lunch, and some ww pretzels sticks. Trying to watch the salty snacks so that's it for me today. Afternoon snack will be greek yogurt with fresh fruit. Dinner is sauerkraut and a rib. Riding my bike tonight since dinner is in the crockpot and will be done when I get home.
