Cooking Class is BACK! Saturday August 13th!

After too long of a hiatus cooking class is back and better then ever!

All are welcome regardless of surgeon, type of surgery or stage in the game! Spouses / support people are welcome as well. No actually cooking expertise needed - that's what we are here for!

There is no fee but we do ask for a small donation to help cover costs - jar will be out, it is totally anonymous!

Look forward to seeing faces I haven't seen in a while and new ones as well!!

Let me know if you have any questions, suggestions for recipes or requests of recipes to be made WLS friendly!
