I feel ONEderful again!!!
Took my daughter to the doctor today and decided to get on the scale, even though I usually HATE doing that and I don't have a working scale at home. First, let me say that about 2 months ago I went to the doctor and was mortified to find that I weighed 215 (which was a re-gain of about 45 pounds). I know I posted about it, started attending OA, gave up sugar and some other foods, started making a food plan, and walking home from the train station a couple of times a week. I've been doing a lot if "mind" work when it comes to my eating behaviors, and when I got on the scale this morning, I weighed 199. I cannot tell you what a great feeling it was to move that weight off the 200 spot again. Almost as exciting as the first time it happened. I just wanted to come share it all with you guys who I know get it.
Blessings, Jill

I have to tell you, Nicole, that you are one of the people *****ally inspired me just because of your honesty and putting it out there. I love your willingness to share your journey. You helped me to get honest, which was a huge step in beginning the process of recovery from food addiction. You are in my prayers daily!
Blessings, Jill
