Immmmm back!!!!  Whats up Pennsylvania?  Im ready to get back in the swing of things and to get my exercising boosted up again.  Vacation at the beach was fantastic but all good things must come to an end and its time to get back in my old routine, and that routine includes working out after work.  I think I will be doing Yoga tonight as I could really use some stretching and flexing.  I did hurt my back a little while on vacation when I picked up a big ass cinder block.  It was a heavy duty one and I thought it was just a regular one and I (and my back) didnt plan for the extra weight.  Crap!

I hope everyone can reply to this thread as it seems that the energy level for this exercise accountability thing has fallen off recently.  Come on people, its your health we are talking about.  You can do it!

Miss Slacka$$ reporting in for duty, sir!! Yes, I have been MIA for a while but I'm ready to get back to basics and gaining energy and shedding some of this excess weight that I've regained since reaching my lowest weight.

Unfortunately it won't be happening today since I have to head right to a HS graduation from work, but tomorrow I'm bringing my work-out clothes to work, changing here, then having hubby drop me off at the clubhouse to use the treadmill and eliptical.

You keep on posting these threads - it is keeping me motivated and I'm ready to get back into the swing of things after being on vacation last week.

I didn't have much to say last week because I was working through a really nasty flu that kept me sidelined for much of the week. Mary and I went for a bike ride yesterday afternoon, which actually has my leg muscles tweaked a bit today. I ride in a really low gear, so you have to WORK to keep the bike moving!

I can however, report that today was my first day running on the rubber track at the high school. 12.5 laps on the tracks equals 5k, and I plan to keep this as my morning routine. I ride my bike to the track, have my run, then ride home. Total time is just short of an hour.

I got back into the weight room today as well, and did my bicep/calf routine.

That will probably do it for the day for me!

I took yesterday off as a day of rest but now today I really have no energy.  I mean feel all over exhaustion.  Don't know why.  We have my austistic step daughter this week so I'm grounded from going to gym during the day, but as soon as my husband gets home, I'm going to head over and see if I can beat this feeling with a work out.

104 lbs lost now Maintenance BABY!!!!

I've been slacking on the gym time.  I can't get over there with the care-taking going on in my house.  But, trust me.  I am exercising.  I'm bending over to pick things up, chasing around an 18 month old, lifting him, carrying him.. etc etc etc.. I'll be back to the routine once Siehara goes to camp.

Yesterday was my day of rest but I still walked quite a bit when Cherish and I went shopping on South Street yesterday after our yummy lunch.  We drug my husband in and out of different shops.  He is such a good sport when it comes to Cherish and I shopping.

This morning I went to the gym instead of walking outside.  Sure looked like it was going to rain this morning when I went to leave for my walk.  So to the gym I went and spend an hour on the elliptical. Then did some ab work and a good stretch.  This evening after work, went back to the gym.  Rode the bike for 20 minutes then worked on all the leg machines.

I really hope to get outside to walk tomorrow morning.

My husband and I are going on a cruise to Bermuda on July 2.  I spent my lunch hour today at work looking at the different decks on the ship to find out where the fitness room is and also found that there is a track on board as well.  Yeah!!  I plan on using those facilities every day.
