Lost cound of what day of 90 we're at for exercising!!

Hi folks,

Well it's Saturday morning.  I've been outside and walked my 3 miles.  On my way back, I went to the gym and worked on all of the machines, lower and upper body as well as did some ab work.   Did a nice long 20 minute stretch after all that.

Feeling great this morning.

So what is everyone else doing today to fit in some exercise?

Today is day 50!!!!  How has everyone been!!!  Im back from vacation and ready to get back in the swing of things.  I did a couple of p90x videos on vacation and did a lot of exercise on the beach through swimming and playing with the kids.  I hope everyone is keeping up with thier own plans and goals.  I hate to be back but I love to be back in touch with all of you!
