Thirsty Thursday Roll Call
hey everyone. Havent had anything to say but i've been reading everyday. I lost a few pounds last week so the biking, and watching what goes in.... vitamins and protein seem to be getting me back on track.
I have my first weight management session next wednesday at Penn. Should be fun, fun, fun.
I am playing in cape may tomorrow and OCMD on saturday. I hate leaving the house because the guys in the band aren't very good at eating healthy... not to mention when we get done loading out at 3am... we always seem to want something to eat...
seems like i eat alot of eggs....
keep doing it everyone... swimming, walking, getting to meetings.... praying... who would have thought a 500 pound guy 15 years ago could have traveled the roads that I have...
