Day 33 of 90. Who is bringing it?

I just got done playing softball and before that I did push-ups here at work.  Such a hard job I know!!!! Ha! 

I will be doing a work out tonight at home also.  Im not sure what it will be but it will be something.

What are you guys doing today to keep the weight off?

Been to the gym already today for an hour of aerobics and resistance work. Missed yesterday due to the job...:-(

 Girls on the Run 5K tonight!! 

My time does not matter.. I go at the same speed as the girl I am walk/running with.  

It will be fun!

It's been brought.

5k in the morning, 40 minutes.Shoulder and tricep worjout over lunch.

Left leg is all achey. Think I may be feeling some lingering effects from last year's accident, brought on by my outside running.

Hopefully a weekend off will help it clear up a bit.

Counting the minutes til 5:00 when I can sign off work and head to gym.  Eliptical and legs/abs on agenda for today.  Sitting here in gym clothes just waiting.

This morning was beautiful to walk outside, so I did.  3.5 miles.  I went to the gym after work. Did a warm up on the bike for 15 minutes then did some lower body machines and ab work.

Enjoy this gorgeous weather the next few days.  Get outside and do something!
