Day 26 of 90. May 26. Summer is coming!!!
Well done my fellow workouters. I had to take the night off. I unfortunately had chicken, brown rice and green beans for lunch and it got stuck. This is only the second time ive been this stuck. Im just now starting to feel a little better. I had to do a little vomiting and then Jen went out and got me some chewable papaya extract and now im sipping some pineapple juice. I hope this works. I feel absolutely terrible!
