Day 10 of 90 May 10th
Yesterday I did a lot of walking. I have got to get a new battery for my pedometer so I know what I'm doing. Yesterday morning I power walked my 3 miles. Took 2 short walks with co-workers and walked 30 of my 60 minute lunch.
Today, so far I did my 3 mile power walk and did 1 short walk witht the co-workers. I plan on doing some more walking this evening. Just not sure if it'll be a leisure walk or a power walk. Either way, it'll be a couple of miles.

Last night was pretty much as much of a workout as I expected - one of my students (unprompted) said - "wow - you won't need to go to the gym all week after this!" - haha. So I'm counting that as yesterday's workout.
Tonight I'm heading to a new kickboxing class at 6:30. Hopefully dragging Becky and my foster-daughter Kieran along, now that she's back from college.
Norm - I know you love to complain, ***** and moan.... but you do seriously kick some butt out there! Good for you for getting back at it when you're hurting that much. That's the only thing that will truly help with the hurt and also propel you forward with the fitness...
And, Steffi, of course it CAN, but it all depends on how you do it ;-).

I'm here - I'm here!! Late in checking in but was dealing with some miserable potty issues today - - grrrrr. But finally feeling better.
OK - just got back from walk #2 today and getting ready to get on my bike for a ride - not sure how long or far I will go - my goal is 5 miles - wish me and my arse luck!!
