I'm a early morning person so I've already done my 3 miles this morning.  I've started walking outside instead of on the treamill/eliptical at the gym but not this morning for obvious reasons. I did my 3 miles with Leslie Sansom and exercise TV.

Walked 1.5 miles plus an hour of jazzercise for me!

Ran up and down the stairs at work twice today.  There are 120 steps one way....

I don't do well with steps because my knee starts acting up.

I'm not sure if I can keep that up, felt some funny twinges in the left knee this morning. 

I am feeling a bit under the weather.  Ii walked on my lunchbreak,  No workout at home today.

Failure today Dinner was finished by 7:15... good time to do a walk with the family. Started to feel lightheaded and it didn't fade for hours. Anyone else get lightheaded towards the end of a meal or right after eating?

I'm also waking up feeling lightheaded in the middle of the night. Wed. support group suggested fruit juice on my nightstand but it doesn't seem to help. I've been just going back to sleep. I think I'll bring this up at the meeting Sat. I don't have Marymore's cell like I do Dr. P's. Does he give it out?
