Chocolate Cake recipe
For those of you who are interested and before I get too tired ( Too late) here is the recipe for the chocolate cake with the ganache.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
3/4 cup shortening
1 and 1/2 cups splenda
3/4 cup eggbeaters
Cream this part well.
1 and 3/4 cup of all purpose or whole wheat flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 and 1/4 teas. baking soda
1 and 1/4 teas. baking powder
add to cream mixture in bowl
3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa
1 and 1/4 cup strong hot coffee
Mix together then add to mixing bowl
I would add half of this mixture then mix it for a bit then add the rest of the cocoa mixture.
MIX WELL...you may have to scrape down sides of bowl and check the bottom of the bowl to make sure all ingredients are blended together. I let the completed mixture mix for about 3 minutes.
Add to lightly sprayed tube pan then bake in the oven for about 35 minutes.Cool on wire rack.
Ganache (This is SUPER easy!!)
6 ounces of half and half
12 ounces of Hershey's SF chocolate chips
1/4 teaspoon of vanilla
put half and half in a microwave safe measuring cup and heat for about a minute. Add chocolate chips and let sit for a minute or so. Mix together and add vanilla. Let mixture cool for about 10 minutes then pour over cake and refrigerate. Enjoy!!
Glad everybody liked it!

Sara,
It was nice to finally meet you and talk with you. We also had a great time!!
The cake was pretty darn good if I do say so myself (and I do!!)
