I'm serious.
But, seriously, this post speaks to so many of us. We often give "life" to our addictions (and what they leave behind)... and we "live" with them. We fight with the idea that they are powerful AND have power over us. That is our daily battle. To overcome their power over us. Recognizing their existence and "changing" the relationship with them I think is a "power" tool to use.
