Thursday's Food Plan (what on your plate?)

Today is kind of a hodge podge of food.

m1  insides of a lean pocket
m2  yogurt  (gotta have my yogurt)
m3  fish and spanish rice
m4  chicken spaghetti
m5  I think pizza (the tortilla kind from eggface but we will see)

m1- protein shake/coffee
m-2 apple and cheddar cheese
m-3 chai latte
m-4 salad with tuna onion, cheese
m-5 steak and brocoli
m-6 not sure will see if i want or need it

Here's my plan

B: oatmeal custard
S: cheddar cheese
L: cheeseburger (no bun) and broccoli
S: steak pieces
D: I'll get something while I am grocery shopping to cook - so whatever is on sale
S: probably nothing, this is right around Mia's bedtime so I usually skip it
